PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

To purchase an apartment suite or villa unit the client may proceed as follows:

1. Reservation    

MYR 50,000 Booking fee non-refundable *

2. Immediately upon the signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement

10% 

3. Within fourteen (14) days from the Developer's written notice of the   completion of:

(a) The work below ground level of the said Building comprising the said lot including foundation of the said Building Installments Payable

(b) The structural framework of the said Building

15%

(c) The walls of the said lot with door and window frames placed in position

(d) Electrical wiring, plumbing and internal telephone turning and cabling to the said lot

(e) The internal and external finishes of the said lot including the wall     finishes

(f) The sewerage works serving the said Building

(g) The drains serving the said Building

(h) The roads serving the said Building

4. On the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said lot with water and electricity supply ready for connection

5. On the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Building as in item 4 and to be held by the Vendor's solicitors as stakeholder for payment to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days after the receipt by the Purchaser of the written confirmation of the Proprietor/Vendor's submission to and acceptance by the Appropriate Authority of the application for subdivision of the said Building.
